This session will provide background information on claims involving insured “Produce” and provide an opportunity to increase an understanding of some loss prevention concerns that will benefit both underwriters and loss prevention staff.

Liability Loss Prevention

This month’s fictious liability claim scenario revolves around a residential fuel tank.
