This session will focus on the path to the EOU. From initial interviews, statutory declarations, and examination under oath; these are tools in the toolbox, but what are the best strategies for using them to support your legal partner? Jeff will address these along with other hot topics that are keeping the AB legal community busy.
 
Break Out Session – What would you consider?
Small groups will discuss settlement evaluation as pertains to a scenario-based case study. If you wish to submit a scenario for peer discussion these will be welcomed.

Please note that in order to keep your OMIA Accident Benefits Adjuster Certificate current, you must attend a minimum of two (2) AB Workshops a year, either in-person, or by distance learning.
